These Terms of Service apply when you visit or place an order through the VALIDKART online store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

Only people who are at least 18 years old, or the legal age to enter a contract where they live, may place orders in their own name. A younger customer may place an order only through a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms and takes responsibility for the order.

3. Products and Product Information

We try to show product details, sizes, colors, and prices as accurately as possible. Colors may look different on different screens. Please check the size and product information before ordering. If you have a question, contact us before placing your order.

4. Orders and Order Confirmation

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Submitting an order is a request to purchase; it is not accepted until VALIDKART confirms it. We may contact you by phone or message to verify the order before dispatch.

We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the order details cannot be verified, delivery is not available to your location, or there is an apparent pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order, we will notify you.

You may request cancellation or changes before dispatch by contacting us. Once an order has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled through this process; our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy will apply.

5. Prices, Currency, and Taxes

Prices are shown in PKR. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed before order confirmation.

Before publishing: Confirm whether listed prices include applicable taxes.

6. Payment

VALIDKART currently accepts cash on delivery only. Payment is due in cash to the courier when your order is delivered. We do not accept card or online payment through the store at this time.

Cash on delivery may not be available in every country or delivery location. International orders can be placed only where delivery and cash-on-delivery service are available and confirmed by VALIDKART.

7. Shipping and Delivery

For deliveries within Pakistan, the estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. International delivery times vary by destination and courier and will be confirmed where available.

Please check that your delivery address and phone number are correct. Delivery may be delayed by courier operations, customs, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Before publishing: Confirm who pays any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

8. Refused or Undeliverable COD Orders

If you cannot accept a COD delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. No COD payment is collected for an order that is not delivered. We may contact you to confirm delivery details or arrange another delivery attempt where available.

9. Exchanges, Store Credit, and Refunds

Our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Under our store policy, requests for wrong or damaged items must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery. Approved requests are handled by exchange; if the correct replacement is unavailable, we issue store credit. Approved exchanges are processed within 48 hours of approval.

This store policy does not remove any refund, cancellation, or other rights that applicable consumer law gives you. If the law where you live provides a stronger right or remedy, that law takes priority.

10. Personalized or Custom Products

Please review personalization details carefully before submitting an order. Personalized and custom-made products are not eligible for exchange under our store policy, except where applicable law requires a remedy for an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

11. Acceptable Use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, submit false order or contact information, or use our content or services in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.

12. Store Content and Intellectual Property

Store text, photographs, graphics, logos, and other content belong to VALIDKART or the relevant rights holder. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

Our store may link to or use third-party services, including Shopify and delivery providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. VALIDKART is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VALIDKART is not liable for indirect or unexpected losses arising from use of the store or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the store, you acknowledge that you have read that policy.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply where you live. If you have a concern, please contact us first at kartvalid@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it.
