1. Shipping Coverage
Validkart offers delivery nationwide across Pakistan.
2. Shipping Charges
A fixed delivery fee of Rs. 250 applies to all orders, regardless of location.
3. Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within 3–7 working days.
Delivery times may vary due to courier load, weather, or regional conditions.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched the same day if placed before our daily cut-off time.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from the courier to track your parcel.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will review the issue and assist you as per our policies.
7. Delivery Attempts
Courier services will make 2 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable on both attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Validkart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Any additional delivery attempts or re-shipping may require extra charges.
